Twitter banning President Trump, has me thinking

We have heard a so much from conservatives that big tech is censoring them. Twitter has permanently suspended President Trump after the events at the Capitol. Facebook and Instagram (Facebook owns Instagram) have temporarily suspended the President too. I started thinking; I get that Twitter is a private company that has the right to suspend people. However, when one of Twitters only competitors Parler is suspended from Google Play and Apple App Store as well; where can conservatives go? Not to mention competition fuels greatness.

Twitter finally slaps Donald Trump with a permanent ban ...

One of the greatest parts about Twitter is that people can share opinions and then debate others with different opinions. If conservatives are on Parler and liberals are on Twitter, how can there be debate? Debate is very important in society to solve problems and sometimes come to agreement.

I understand that Twitter wants to keep “hate speech” off their platform, but who decides what hate speech is. Is hate speech any speech you disagree with? I would like to see an app where Republicans and Democrats can debate each other with out being ‘censored’.

What do you think about big tech? I would love to hear your opinions, be sure to comment with your thoughts!
