Today was one of the most anticipated days of CPAC. Former President Trump spoke to a crowd of thousands at CPAC. Some waited in line for over an hour to get in. Before speaking to the main crowd President Trump held a private banquet.
I was given the opportunity to be the only press covering the banquet. It was a truly unique event for me personally. In true trump fashion the catering was McDonalds galore. Before heading to his big speech Former President Trump spoke to his supporters at the banquet. He spoke about announcing, a running mate and more.
I was able to speak with a couple of guests including Congressman Ronny Jackson from the 13th congressional district in Texas. The Congressman was previously Physician to the President under Presidents Obama and Trump. He later became Chief Medical Advisor to the President. I asked him what he thought of the response to COVID 19, along with the border crisis.
I also spoke with Charles Herbster. A gubernatorial candidate in Nebraska, who is endorsed by Former President Trump. I spoke with him about his run, the endorsement and more.
I had a blast this year at CPAC and look forward to the next. I look forward to see what will happen politically in between now and then!
