After wrapping up day 1 of CPAC 2022, we have heard from speakers such as James O’ Keefe, Ron DeSantis and many more. As usual, it has been an exciting first day for Conservatives attending CPAC. I was able to speak with multiple key speakers such as James O’ Keefe, Tom Homan and Senator Josh Hawley.
Senator Josh Hawley from Missouri a young, outspoken Senator that many believe could have Presidential aspirations. I was able to pose a question with him about Ukraine border concerns versus American border concerns during a promptu press conference.
James O’ Keefe, founder of Project Veritas, was kind enough to make time during his busy CPAC schedule. For years, Project Veritas has gone undercover in news organizations, campaigns, tech companies and more. Among several of the questions posed, I asked James O’ Keefe if he thinks the freedom of the press is under attack. Here is what he had to say…
Tom Homan is former Acting Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and worked for both Presidents Obama and Trump. After a long career of over 30 years in immigration enforcement, he is the first I.C.E. Director to rise from a position of boots on the ground. In fact, he was given the Presidential Rank award by President Obama. I spoke with him today about his thoughts on the current border situation and how it compares to his 30 years of experience.
