Then on day 3, Trump spoke

It’s the the third and final day of CPAC Dallas. We continue to hear from speakers, but the grand finale will be former President Trump. Already, hundreds have lined up to hear him speak. Waiting hours to get in, it was enthusiasm seen during his Presidency and certainly has not changed!

I was able to interview multiple speakers today, including Florida Congressman Byron Donalds about why he ran for congress and more! You may have seen Congressman Donalds on the news. He is one of 2 black Republicans in the House and has been denied the opportunity to join the Congressional Black Caucus. The caucus denies knowing discussing his interest in joining. Congresswoman Maxine Waters had more to say though. “Why does he want to be there?” Rep. Maxine Waters, a California Democrat, told the Washington Examiner. “Why? He disagrees with everything we stand for. Why does he want to be there?” “I don’t get it,” she added. “He doesn’t like us. He doesn’t like what we do. He voted to not accept the electoral votes. I don’t know why he wants to be there. It’s the wrong place.” I asked about being a black Republican and how America can come together, hear his response below.

I was also able to speak with Townhall reporter Julio Rosas. He was on the frontlines of last year’s riots all across America and continues his reporting on the border. Recently, he did a fascinating story on cartel run illegal marijuana farms in LA County. He has seen so much, from peaceful protest, to destructive riots. With all he has seen, I wanted to ask about how America can come together.

Now is the time attendees have waited for, the grand finale, President Trump is on stage. Thousands are packed in to hear former President Trump speak. So far he has discussed a variety of issues and gone after multiple people. He has discussed immigration, crime, the election (claiming it was rigged) and more. He even criticized his Attorney General Bill Barr, for not doing enough about election security. The crowd is enthusiastic and seem to love the idea of a Trump run in 2024.
